【自分の解答】
I don't think that a mobile phone is a necessity.
One reason is that it enables us to communicate without meeting. So we can't understand what a partner is thinking.
The other reason is that there are a lot of harmful information for children. In fact,today,many children are involved in the incident.
I conclued that a mobile phone is harmful,and we had better not use it. (68字)
